From the first conversation to ongoing support
First implementation, stalled project or a system to extend: we take it from wherever you are.
New implementation
We start from your processes, not the software. Everything is scoped before we configure: discovery, data migration, training, go-live.
Project rescue
Stalled project, vanished partner? We audit what's there, keep what holds up and get you to go-live.
Version migration
Move to a new Odoo version without breaking your customizations or stopping operations. It's doable — we do it often.
Custom development
Odoo modules, business software, mobile apps, websites: when standard isn't enough, we build what's missing.
Integrations
E-commerce, payroll, shop-floor equipment: we connect Odoo to what you already run, for a single source of truth.
Training and ongoing support
We don't vanish after go-live. Training on your own cases, adjustments and managed support, in French and English.
Industries
We speak the language of your shop floor
Since 2012 we've configured Odoo for shops, warehouses, job sites and clinics. Every industry has its blind spots — we know them.
Manufacturing
BOMs, production planning, MRP wired to what actually happens on the floor.
See your challengesDistribution
Multi-warehouse inventory, purchasing, delivery routes: one view of your stock.
See your challengesRetail
Point of sale, online store and back office finally talking to each other.
See your challengesConstruction
Project tracking, job costs and progress billing in one place.
See your challengesHealthcare
Procurement, assets and compliance for clinics and health organizations.
See your challengesPublic sector and nonprofits
Budgets, approvals and accountability without parallel spreadsheets.
See your challengesThe challenges we see most often — Manufacturing

BOMs living in Excel
Bills of materials sit in spreadsheets two people understand. One version slip and production builds the wrong part.
Planning blind
Without a real view of capacity and WIP, delivery promises are made on gut feel — and broken.
Fuzzy product costs
Material, labour, scrap: if true cost only shows up at year-end, margins are set blindfolded.
The challenges we see most often — Distribution

Ghost inventory
The system says 40 units, the warehouse finds 12. Sales keeps promising stock that isn’t there.
Reactive replenishment
You reorder when the shelf is empty instead of forecasting. Stockouts on one side, overstock on the other.
Many warehouses, many truths
Every site keeps its own list. Nobody has the full picture without making three calls.
The challenges we see most often — Retail

Online and in-store split
The web store sells an item the shop just ran out of. The customer finds out after paying.
POS doesn't talk to accounting
Daily sales get rekeyed by hand. Every rekey is a chance for error.
Unmanageable pricing and loyalty
Promos, discounts and gift cards spread across three tools that don't know each other.
The challenges we see most often — Construction

Job costs arriving late
Overruns surface at invoicing, weeks later. Too late to course-correct.
Painful progress billing
Holdbacks, change orders, draws: every invoice becomes its own project when nothing ties back to the contract.
Scattered crews and equipment
Who's on which site with which machine? The answer lives in a group text.
The challenges we see most often — Healthcare

Critical supply chains
A supply stockout isn't an inconvenience — it's a cancelled appointment. Minimum levels are managed from memory.
Untracked assets and maintenance
Calibrated equipment, warranties, service contracts: it all exists, none of it is centralized.
Heavy reporting burden
Every report for the ministry or funder gets rebuilt by hand, quarter after quarter.
The challenges we see most often — Public sector and nonprofits

Budgets tracked in parallel
The approved budget lives in one file, actual spending in another. The gap shows up at year-end.
Approvals with no trail
Who authorized that purchase? The approval chain runs through emails someone has to dig up.
Grants to justify
Every funding source demands its own reporting. Without fund accounting, that's weeks of manual slicing.
Sound familiar? Let's talk — we'll tell you straight what Odoo solves, and what it doesn't.
Beyond ERP
We code too. Since 2012.
Cybens started as a development shop before specializing in ERP. We put that dual expertise to work on your business tools.

Corporate sites, client portals and online stores that draw on the same data as everything else.
Custom AI models
Machine-learning models designed and trained on your data, for your business objectives.

About us
A Laval team building systems since 2012
Cybens Technologies started in 2012 as a software development shop. Project after project, one thing became clear: businesses don't need more software — they need systems that talk to each other. We specialized in ERP implementation, without ever putting down the code.
Today the same team covers analysis, configuration, development, training and support, in French and English, for SMBs and organizations across Québec and Canada.

Why Cybens
What sets us apart from other integrators
There are hundreds of ERP partners. We've been building systems since 2012. Here's what we do differently.
Process before software
Discovery maps your workflows before any configuration. Decisions get made once, at the right time.
Developers, not just consultants
When something breaks, we fix it in code — not with workarounds.
Everything in-house
Analysis, configuration, development, training and support: one team, one point of accountability.
Local, in your time zone
Real-time communication from Laval, in French and English. No 24-hour turnarounds.
Code that survives upgrades
Our customizations follow Odoo's inheritance rules: they carry through version migrations.
Rescue specialists
Many clients come to us after a failed implementation. We audit, stabilize and deliver.
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A typical implementation runs 8 to 14 weeks depending on scope. Discovery locks the timeline before work starts — and it holds.
Our project is already underway and stuck. Can you take it over?
Yes — it's one of our specialties. We audit what exists, identify what's salvageable and build a recovery plan with a fixed scope.
Is Odoo a fit for our industry?
Odoo covers manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, services and more. Discovery confirms the fit before you invest — if it's not the right tool, we'll say so.
What happens after go-live?
We stay: stabilization, adjustments, ongoing training and managed support, in French and English.
How much does it cost?
Every quote follows discovery: fixed scope, fixed price. No hourly billing that stretches, no surprises at go-live.
Odoo Community or Enterprise: which do we need?
It depends on the modules you actually need. We run the numbers with you during discovery, licences included, before you sign anything.
Will we lose our current data?
No. Customers, vendors, sales history, inventory: we migrate what has value, clean out what doesn't, and validate with you before go-live.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
Plan on a few hours a week from one key person per department during the project. That investment is what separates an adopted system from a tolerated one.
Where will our data be hosted?
Your choice: Odoo cloud, a dedicated server in Canada, or your own infrastructure. We recommend the option that matches your compliance needs and budget.
Can we roll out in phases instead of all at once?
Yes — and it's often what we recommend: accounting and sales first, then inventory, then production. Each phase delivers value before the next begins.
Shall we take a look together?
A 30-minute call, your use cases on screen. No PowerPoint pitch, promise.
